Delivery Fee
Our standard delivery fee is $3.99 and is based on distance, anything over 3 miles is an additional fee of 1.35 cents a mile. All alcohol orders must be received by order placer, ID will be checked at the door to confirm that you are over the age of 21. The delivery fee does not include gratuity for the delivery waiter. Hospitals, medical offices, and no contact delivery are subject to a 12% minimum tip that will be added at delivery.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 35 to 45 minutes. Delivery times may vary based on traffic, the restaurant's ability to prepare food, and weather conditions. We recommend that large orders be placed at least two hours in advance. We understand sometimes there are situations where time constraints are involved, so if you require a specific lunch time delivery a 24-hour advance notice is recommended to ensure delivery on time. If you request No Contact delivery, we will not fix order issues if they occur.
Forms of Payment
Here at Karma services, we try our best to accommodate for our each and every one of our customers by accepting multiple forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. We do not accept personal checks. We currently only accept payment for alcohol by credit card. Cancelled orders will not be refunded. Please have exact change for cash orders as our Delivery Drivers do not keep cash on them.
